Welcome to the Moscow International Balloon Festival – the largest professional balloon event in Russia.

This year they celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Festival.

The Festival is focused on two main target groups. Firstly.

Experienced decorators as well as newcomers find here something useful for themselves.

Balloon decorators from different places of Russia and other countries come to share their experience.

The festival - is a real balloon art exhibition, where the whole family can go to.

The festival is a free event. Welcome all decorators, twisters and everybody interested in balloon art.

Seminars are mostly held English and some in Italian language with translation into Russian.
