Returns
Returns just will be aceptable for Defective Merchandise. If a product is defective upon receipt, we will gladly replace it or credit your account.
However, we cannot replace products that have been misused (including balloons that have been punctured or cut).
USart Balloons limits its warranty for defective merchandise to return and replacement of said merchandise. We are not liable for any other damages or claims.
If a return is necessary, you must contact our Customer Service Dept for instructions at 561-674-5053.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
There is a 25% restocking fee for all refused orders.
Damaged Delivery
Check your boxes for damage before you sign for them. If there is outer carton damage, mark “damaged” on the driver’s record before you sign.
Call Customer Service immediately at 561-674-5053 for instructions on how to file a claim. You can also refuse the shipment due to damage.
Please call 561-6745053 immediately if you refuse the order.
Discrepancies and Requests for Credit
Any request for credit due to discrepancies between what was ordered and what was shipped must be made within five business days from the date of delivery.
If it is related to Hand-on class or Subscription it is not refundable. The option is you can use your payment for next class group.
