Inflated each Balloon to size 9", use the balloon sizer to help. Use de microfilamento to put de clusters together . After you put all the 35 cluster together conect the 2 pieces of pipe as one and hide inside te balloon clusters, after this lift your arch an use the metal bases to keep it up.

If you want to void use the pipe, metal bases and electric balloon air inflator, you need to inflated the balloons with helium and put a weigth on the 2 ends.
