Materials:
40 x 11" Latex Balloons color Dark Blue
32 x 11" Latex Balloons color Robbin’s Egg Blue
32 x 11" Latex Balloons color White
36 x 11" Latex Balloons color Clear
2 PVC pipe 10 feet long each and 2 Metal bases
Inflate the balloons to 9″ and make a 4 balloons cluster.
To inflate de balloons use (Eletric Balloon inflator)
Inflate the 11" balloons to size 9". To sizer the balloons use the sizer in the link bellow:
